All 3 of our orders were wrong. Guy at the till didn't know how to do his job. Also this place was filthy. Never seen a DQ this dirty. Bathrooms were gross too. The manager of this place should be ashamed of themselves. They were not following corporate policies either. The lady who brought us our food was amazing though. I feel sorry she has to work there.
First time stopping here on a road trip back from up north to the cities. After waiting for 10 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged by any of the three people who all clearly saw us, finally, we were told they could not take our order until they had everyone in the dining area served. We looked into the dining area and there were several tables of people and almost all were waiting for food. We saw 4 people behind the counter and a lot of food cooked and waiting to be delivered. Saw one server come back from the dining room and put food from her tray back in with the other food waiting to be served. Decided to go to elsewhere because we weren't sure that even if they eventually took our order, how long it would be to actually get our food. Really disappointing but looking at other negative reviews on here, I'm glad now that we didn't stay.
Polite staff but no smiles. Food was good. Felt place needed a good cleaning condiment containers we're slimy to touch one clean table in whole place. In their defense only three people all working as fast as they could. Maybe the owner needs to take an interest in the store and hire more help. Can't condemn the workers who appeared to be working hard.
I’ve never personally used the drive-thru and from other reviews it seems to be slow but walking in isn’t bad at all. It’s never seemed grimy compared to other fast food restaurants. I’ve always had my food within 5 minutes. The food isn’t exceptional, but then again it’s a fast food joint. The one downside is that in the 7 years that I’ve lived here, not once have I seen them open up the second register. Even when it gets busy. I truly feel bad for the cashiers, they’ve always been nice but it’s hard to keep up around rush hour.
I found the service here very friendly. The atmosphere was nice and the food was quite good. I would recommend this as a great fast food stop.
